2. Please download the access tool. When prompted, click “Download GoToMeeting” or “Open Citrix Online Launcher” on the screen (if the application is already installed, the web browser will automatically start the Launcher app, which will start up GoToMeeting).

3. When the download finishes, click “GoToMeeting Opener.exe” to open the file.

a. Click “Run” if prompted.

4. You should see the “Successfully Connected” Pop-up which indicates you are connected to the meeting.

5. Enter your name and email address to join the meeting.
